Contractor (General Contractor/ Construction Manager) is requesting sealed proposals from contractors for the above referenced scopes of work. The project is to complete the Rainier Beach High School Replacement. Bid Package 06 ~ Phase 2 Site Demolition & Clearing Bid Package 07 - Phase 2 Bldg Abatement Bid Package 08 - Phase 2 Bldg Demolition All participants are required to follow all applicable COVID-19 protocols Deadline for questions: Bid Packages 6, 7, & 8 is May 13, 2022 @ 3:00PM.
