The City of Swift Current is hereby requesting a proposal for janitorial services for the following city facility: RC Dahl Center 411 Herbert St. E The work comprises of daily seven (7) days per week janitorial services. The City of Swift Current reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive irregularities and informalities at its discretion. The City reserves the right to accept the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the City. Proposal award is subject to budget availability and City Council approval. Direct all inquiries to: Chris Pool, Facilities Manager City of Swift Current 306-778-2732 c.pool@swiftcurrent.ca 1.1 Please contact Chris Pool to arrange site examination. 1.2 The contractor shall satisfy themselves as to the nature and location of the work, the equipment and supplies needed to complete the work, all necessary information as to risks, contingencies and circumstances which may affect their Proposal, and all other matters which can in any way affect the work. The Contractor is fully responsible for obtaining all information required for the preparation of the Proposal. Claims for additional costs will not be entertained with respect to conditions which would reasonably have been ascertained by the inspection of the site at the scheduled meeting.
