This project consists of the existing TSA queueing area to be reconfigured by demolition and renovation of the TSA managers office on the second floor (public area) of the terminal building. The work includes but not limited to wall, ceiling, and floor surface areas to receive new finishes; removal and disposal of existing TSA window wall system and curb; purchase and installation of a new security grille gate system; removal and reconfiguration of existing ceiling systems(suspended and soffits/fascia); and the upgrade of existing MEP components.
