The Gratiot County Board of Commissioners (the County) invites qualified contractors to submit proposals for the Gratiot County Courthouse HVAC Unit #3 and associated components. 1. Remove / replace the existing Aaon roof top unit, AC-3, with new Aaon variable air volume roof top unit as selected by JOC Sales (model number RN-013-8). Note unit shall be gaselectric true-VAV with stainless steel HX, modulating gas burner, (2) 2-step compressors, 100% full economizer, powered exhaust, and demand control CO2 controller, that shall match the original unit's electrical MOPC. 208/3-phase. 2. A curb adaptor should not be needed for the replacement unit as selected. 3. Contractor shall include gas piping disconnect / reconnection. 4. Contractor shall include electrical power disconnect / reconnection
