As per the Owner the project has been Cancelled. Project no: IMN-080-1(532)19--0E78 This project will consist of the Construction of a new sanitary system for the Pottawattamie Rest Area located from Rest Area to mile marker 19 The estimated project period to begin June 15, 2022 DOT Final completion February 15, 2023 Question Cutoff Date 5/15/2022 11:00:00 PM (ET) Licensed, bonded and Insured General Contractor. Inspection done by Schneider and DNR Davis Bacon Wages do not apply to this project. It is the intent of the Iowa DOT to award the contract to the responsible bidder whose submitted quotation is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, cost and other factors considered. Other factors include, but are not limited to: meeting or exceeding mandatory requirements, proposed staffing, and meeting required time schedule. Until the contract is awarded the sole point of contact for this project is through Jody McNaughton (see bid contract information) any and all questions related to this project are to be submitted through the ION wave Bid system. Note: Only the awarded contractor will be required to have a Performance Bond & Power of Attorney
