The City of Burlington is seeking bids for Roof Rehabilitation at the Burlington Community & Education Center for the flat sections on North & South ends of the building. The City of Burlington has the right to refuse any and all bids. The City of Burlington is seeking a qualified professional contractor to facilitate roof rehabilitation to the Burlington Community & Education Center and install crickets behind all A/C units on the flat sections on the North & South ends of the building, approximately 20'000 square feet total (each flat sections approximately 10,000 square feet). The work includes all services, labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform the work described in the titled "General Specifications" and "Technical Specifications" in accordance with all federal, state, and local requirements. The Successful Bidder shall complete the work within 60 working days
