Sewer Drain & Catch Basin Structures A bid deposit in the amount of 5% of the bid total will be required in the form of cash, a bid bond, or a cashiers check. A materials Payment Bond in the amount of 50% of the bid total will be required upon contract execution. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the date set for the opening thereof. The bidding and award of this contract will be under the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 30B. Requests for clarifications by a prospective Bidder regarding the specifications, or other bid documents must be presented in writing, via email (Theresa.peznola@andoverma.us), to the Purchasing Agent . Andover is an affirmative action/equal opportunity purchaser. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject, in whole or in part, any or all bids, or take whatever other action may be deemed necessary to be in the best interest of the Town.
