Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kitchener, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Construction of two Roundabouts on Fischer Hallman Road at proposed new subdivision intersections in Kitchener. The roundabouts are located between Huron Road and Plains Road (Wallaceton Way), and between Strasburg Creek and Seabrook Drive (Rosenberg Way). The project consists of approximately, 28,000 tonnes of Granular A, 10,500 tonnes of asphalt, 5,000 metres of curb and gutter, 3300 square metres of concrete sidewalk, 8000 square metres of Multi-Use Trail, 2,000 metres of storm sewer, 49 street light poles, and associated work including luminaires and ductwork, excavation, pavement markings and landscape restoration.
