The City of San Ramon ("City") requests a statement of qualifications ("SOQ") from qualified individuals or firms (individually, a "Respondent" and collectively, "Respondents") for On-Call Streetlight and Traffic Signal Maintenance Services Summary. The City requires On-Call Streetlight and Traffic Signal Maintenance Services ("Services") for approximately 7,250 streetlights (all converted to LED); 103 traffic signal intersections; 14 flashing beacons; four (4) prepare to stop signs; 12 solar speed radar displays, five (5) Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon (RRFB) Systems and eight (8) in-roadway warning flashing light systems with additional street lights and traffic signals to be accepted by the City as new developed areas are turned over. This request is for maintenance services on existing infrastructure. The work will be completed under individual task orders each of which will have its own described scope or work and budget. The expected duration of the contract is up to five (5) years. The expected contract awards between July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2027 and are estimated between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. The actual work will be scheduled and paid for on an "on-call" basis under individual task orders and there is no guarantee as to the actual amount of work that will be completed under this contract. Questions or objections relating to the RFQ, the attachments hereto, the RFQ procedures, or the required Services may only be submitted via email to Jonette Fuentes, Administrative Analyst, at jfuentes@sanramon.ca.gov by 9:00 a.m., Thursday, May 12, 2022 (the "Request for Information Deadline"). Any questions or objections that are not submitted in the manner specified and by the Request for Information Deadline will be deemed waived. City will not be bound by the oral representations of any City officials, employees, or representatives. Interviews (if requested by City) Week of May 23, 2022 Notice of Selection Friday, May 27, 2022 Council Approval and Award Tuesday, June 14, 2022 Commence Services July 1, 2022 Award. The City will award the Agreement(s), if at all, to the Respondent(s) that is/are determined by the City, acting in its sole discretion, to offer the most advantageous SOQ to the City based on the Citys review, as outlined above. City staff will submit its recommendation to the City Council or the awarding officer, as applicable, for award of the Agreement to the Respondent(s) that it determines to offer the most advantageous SOQ. The City reserves the right to award more than one contract and the size of the contracts may be influenced by the number of contracts awarded.
