The City of Midland Water Treatment Plant is seeking the installation of a new IP based CCTV system throughout the facility, outlaying buildings and grounds area. The fiber network will be installed by the water plant and used for the installation of cameras and phones. The camera install and layout will be a secure Ethernet based system able to be viewed and controlled at multiple points within the facility with a minimum of three (3) users actively logged into the software at any point in time. It is expected that installation costs will include necessary insurance, payment and performance bonds, licenses, software, mounting, cabling/conduit, equipment and all materials to fully complete the desired outcome. The contractor must provide a working camera security system and meet all the specifications stated in this bid. All labor and subcontractor costs must be part of the bid price. The contractor's proposal shall include a detailed job layout of the proposed solution.
