As of March 15, 2023, project was awarded to Pyramid Paving Company, awarded amount is $866,627.50. CONTRACT NO. 03 is for the reconstruction of Patrick Rd. from Waldo Ave. to the eastern limit of Midland County. Some of the quantities listed in the Itemized Bid are as follows: 19,800 Syd Crush & Shape Bit. Pavement 2,900 Lft Concrete Curb & Gutter 4,800 Ton Bit. Pavement Buyer's Requirements General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Questions are submitted online No Crush & shape existing bituminous pavement and aggregate base. Complete storm sewer modifications. Replace curb & gutter, driveway approaches, and sidewalk ramps. Regrade affected structures(replace castings) within affected curb. Complete all concrete work on one side of the street and reopen to residents prior to beginning concrete work on the other side of the street. Cut the grade to accommodate the design pavement thickness and regrade structures in street, including replacement of castings. Fine grade and compact aggregate base. Complete turf establishment. Place bituminous pavement.
