Carson City is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary for the Fire Station 51 Heat Pump Replacement Project a Federally Funded Project. CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE: This is a Federal-aid contract and the requirements for such shall apply. On a Federal-aid contract, any Contractor otherwise qualified by the State of Nevada to perform such work is not required to be licensed nor to submit application for license in advance of submitting a bid or having such bid considered, provided, however, that such exception does not constitute a waiver of the State's right under its license laws to require a Contractor, determined to be a successful bidder, to be licensed to do business in the State of Nevada with a Class C in connection with the award of the contract to him.
