DFCM Construction - Pre-Qualified - Utah Department of Corrections CUCF Henry's Complex Commissioning & Rebalance The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the construction of the following project: CUCF Henry's Complex Commissioning & Rebalance Utah Department of Corrections Gunnison, Utah The Department of Corrections is looking to have a full re-balance of the existing hydronic systems throughout the Henry's Complex. The Contractor will need to provide BAS control manipulation to accommodate the re-balance and re-commissioning efforts, make needed corrections, and/or adjustments as discovered through the process. The Contractor will need to coordinate efforts with the State's 3rd party Commissioning Agency (Solarc Energy Group) for functional performance testing, resolving issues, documentation, training, etc. Question Submission Close Date 5/24/2022 3:00 PM MDT
