Wash Racks for Gunnison, Tropic and Cedar City Stations Question Submission Close Date 9/20/2022 1:00 PM MDT The Utah Department of Transportation is seeking proposals for the assembly and installation of equipment wash racks, including the placement of concrete foundations and a stair landing pad in each of the locations within Region Four including: Gunnison, Tropic and Cedar City Utah UDOT Maintenance Station Yards Construction: Installation of new concrete foundations and stair landing pads. Assembly and Installation of new wash racks UDOT provided, Use UDOT qualified supplier for 4000 psi AA-AE concrete. Allow a minimum of 7 days cure time prior to setting and anchoring wash rackRebar placed in concrete per following UDOT specs. A. Min 2" between rebar and form. B. 6" Concrete Pad 60" x 60 "with #4 @ 18" oc. each way. C. 18" Columns 72" length with (5) #5 vert, and #4 ties @ 12" oc, Including 3 sets of ties in the top 8" @ 2" spacing. Equipment/tools: The contractor is responsible for providing all equipment and tools required to complete the project. Including, ladders, lifts, drills, saw, etc..
