New Generator Installation for the Community Room Location- 131 White St Lunenburg, MA 01462 The Project consists of: Installation of a Generator for the community Building. The work is estimated to cost $44,850.00 The participation goals for this project shall be 15.3% for minorities and 6.9% for women. A. The Work of the Contract consists of: 1. Installation of a nominal 45KW 208/120 volt, three phase natural gas generator with an automatic weatherproof transfer switch for the Community Room. 2. Connect existing power feeds to a new 200 ampere rated 208/120 volt, three phase automatic weatherproof transfer switch. 3. Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated not to be done. 4. Install concrete foundation pad for new generator. 5. Connect new gas piping from the gas meter to the generator. 6. Application for all required permits. 7. All required cutting, patching/sealing, and painting for electrical conduit penetrations. 8. Site restoration at completion of work including loam and seeding. 9. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 10. Test and start up of new generator. Submit test report. 11. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. B. Execution of Work: Work to be performed in timely and workmanlike fashion. Site must be cleaned up daily with access needed for overnight. C. Warranties/Guaranties: Manufactures warranty for all materials and labor warranty must be provided.
