Renovation of a municipal facility in Lunenburg, Massachusetts. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of April 20, 2023, project was not awarded. Project will rebid but no definite date yet. Replacing asphalt shingle roofing; replacing designated windows in basement; providing replica finial on existing clock tower; and restoring the bases of two columns on the clock tower. Questions will be accepted until 4:00 pm Friday, February 3, 2023. Cost: Estimated contract amount is approximately $115,000 Base Bid, $140,000 with Alternate 1. Work involves, but is not limited to, replacing asphalt shingle roofing (excluding alternate 1: Chimney Reconstruction but including Unit Price 1: Waterproofing Membrane; replacing joint sealant including Unit Price 2: Seaiant); replacing designated windows in basement; providing replica finial on existing clock tower (including structural enhancements in clock tower attic and setting on the finial the weathervane supplied by owner); and restoring the bases of two columns on the clock tower.
