Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Lunenburg, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and elderly care / assisted living facility.
A: Work involves, but is not limited to, alterations to provide the following work: 1 Removal of existing brick walkway 2 Removal of miscellaneous trees 3 Removal of existing bocci court and shuffle board court 4 Relocate existing shed 5 Install new retaining wall 6 New site grading 7 Reconfiguration of existing irrigation system to accommodate new installation Additive Alternative Bid Items 8 Install new pavilion 9 Existing Cherry tree and existing trees located in Pavilion area to be relocated at the discretion of the Town of Lunenburg B Contractor is responsible for obtaining required permits as part of the scope of this project. Permit fees will be waived by the Town. Questions on this IFB can be submitted in writing to the Facilities Director Chris Ruth, via email, to cruth@lunenburgma.gov no later than April 21, 2022. If an addendum is required, it will be sent to all parties who have a copy of the IFB by Tuesday, April 25, 2023 Renovations to exterior of Senior Center including removal of walkways, landscaping, install new retaining wall, site grading and new pavilion.
