Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Request for Qualifications for two Trade Contractor Packages: Early Roofing and Flashing (Second Request); Early Electrical (Second Request), for Holyoke Soldiers' Home - Long-term Care Facility and Campus Framework, Holyoke, MA. The Long-Term Care Project, when completed, will provide a new Soldiers' Home in Holyoke and long-term care of 234 veterans. This package includes early enabling work for a temporary air-cooled chiller to support the existing Home during construction. Early Roofing & Flashing - Second Request ($40,000); Early Electrical - Second Request ($200,000) This is a Construction Management at Risk project under M.G.L. c. 149A. Interested firms MUST submit a Qualification Statement by the deadline and be prequalified if they are interested in later bidding on the project. DCAMM Certification applies for this process. This Request for Qualifications is the first part of a two-step process for Trade Contractors. First, interested firms must submit the Qualification Statement and then, at a later date, only the prequalified firms will be invited to submit bids for the category of works in which they were prequalified. This required Qualification Statement is different from DCAMM Certification. All firms must be qualified for this project, even if they are already DCAMM Certified.
