A timeline for award has not yet been established.** CITY OF SALEM, VA 2022-023 Upland Drive Sight Distance Improvement Project The City of Salem, Virginia, is requesting sealed bids from qualified and licensed Bidders to provide construction improvements within the limits of Upland Drive, in accordance with 2022-023. The City of Salem reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bidding. No bid may be withdrawn after opening except for clerical errors, as set forth in Section 2.2-4330 of the Virginia Code. Bidder must give the City a notice in writing of the request to withdraw a bid within two (2) business days after conclusion of opening.
