The purpose of this RFP is to invite Proposals from professional, qualified, experienced companies for the provision of Minor Asphalt Works Services on an "as and when needed" basis. All service provided is to be in accordance with all governing regulatory authorities within the City of Coquitlam. Unit prices proposed are to be all inclusive; therefore, include all labour, material, tools, equipment, transportation, fuel, supervision, permits, disposal fees, incidentals and any other items required for provision of the complete Scope of Services. Unit Prices shall be all-inclusive stated in (Canadian Funds) and shall remain FIRM for the initial term of the Contract for completion of the Services, excluding GST. The Term of the Contract will be for a One (1) year term, with an option to extend for additional terms, as mutually agreed upon between the parties. Questions: wastereduction@coquitlam.ca
