Loyalist Township is currently in the process of updating its Infrastructure Master Plan (IMP) to address its core infrastructure needs for the next twenty-five (25) years. Part of the scope of work for this initiative involves evaluating the capacity of water and wastewater treatment plants to meet future demand, based on anticipated population and industrial/commercial/institutional growth rates. To that end, the Township is looking to engage the services of a qualified proponent to evaluate the potential for capacity expansion at the Fairfield Water Treatment Plant (FWTP) and the Bath Water Treatment Plant (BWTP). This will involve evaluating each step of the treatment process for both facilities to determine their capacity and identifying methods which could be implemented to allow for future capacity expansion within the existing facility footprints. The deadline for question will be extended to Wednesday, June 1st, 2022 at 11:30 PM, local time The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
