The purpose of this contract is for the supply, planting and maintenance of The Corporation of Loyalist Township's annual residential and park tree planting. It is expected that there are 16 trees that will need to be removed. Approximately fifty-five (55) tree plantings will occur in Spring 2023 and approximately fifty-five (55) in the fall for a total of approximately 110 trees for the 2023 planting season. These estimates are budget dependent and are subject to change. The Township may add or delete trees and locations, throughout the duration of the agreement. The successful proponent will be responsible for all work being done and subcontracting will not be permitted. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, all labour, materials, tools and equipment, if necessary, to complete: o Tree cutting, tree removal and stump removal/grinding o Sourcing, purchasing, delivery and install all specified plant and other materials o Water, mulch, stake, and prune all specified plant material o Twenty-four (24) month warranty period on trees, material and performed work Questions Due Date: Mar 15th 2023, 11:30 PM EDT
