Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by Loyalist Township (the "Township") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Wastewater Modelling Services, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). Loyalist Township is currently in the process of updating its Infrastructure Master Plan (IMP) to address its core infrastructure needs for the next twenty-five (25) years. Part of the scope of work for this initiative involves evaluating the capacity of water and wastewater treatment plants to meet future demand, based on anticipated population and industrial/commercial/institutional growth rates. To that end, the Township is looking to engage the services of a qualified proponent for the provision of wastewater treatment modelling and simulation services to help inform the IMP process. These services will be applied to both the Amherstview Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP) and the Bath Sewage Treatment Plant (STP).
