This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the Limestone District School Board (the "Board") to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Air Conditioning Installation and Roof Replacement at Odessa Public School, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). Mechanical and Roofing Contractors are prequalified as well. (1) RFQ 22-18A Air Conditioning Installation at Odessa Public School: The project consists of the installation of air-conditioning to serve the resource room as well as the installation of air-conditioning to serve the gymnasium. (2) RFQ 22-18B Roof Replacement at Odessa Public School: The project consists of the removal and replacement of approximately 2,100 sq m of existing BUR roofing on Roof Areas A, B, C, D, E and F with new modified bituminous membrane roofing and metal flashings. The work also includes structural steel work related to an associated mechanical project and the replacement of an existing door and frame.
