The Corporation of Loyalist Township is seeking to pre-qualify general contractors for all Loyalist Township road, watermain and sewer projects. Project categories are Rural and/or Urban. The Township wishes to invite any interested contractors to submit a Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) proposal for the provision of contracting services for any category for which they would like to be considered. Roster Period: The term of this Roster will be five (5) years. In addition to the annual re-issuance of this RFPQ, this RFPQ will be made available continuously on the Loyalist Township Procurement Portal for contractors to apply for qualification and inclusion on the Roster, however qualification evaluations The Township reserves the right, in its absolute discretion to accept a PreQualification which it deems most advantageous to itself and the right to reject any Pre-Qualifications, in each case without giving any notice. In no event will the Township be responsible for the costs of the preparation of the submission of a Pre-Qualification.
