The execution of the work must be done between June 8 and October 31, 2022. Under a financing agreement entered into with the Canadian Community Revitalization Fund, the PRMD must apply the contractual rules of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies. (LCOP). The tenderer is entirely responsible for ensuring that his tender is deposited at the office of the PRMD at the above-mentioned address. Only submissions received before the above time and date will be considered. No bids received - Plans to retender has not been determined. Are eligible to bid on this call for tenders, bidders having an establishment in Quebec or in a territory covered by an intergovernmental agreement on the liberalization of markets applicable to the PRMD within the framework of this call for tenders, i.e. the Free Canadian exchange, the Agreement on the Liberalization of Public Procurement between Quebec and New Brunswick, the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario.
