The City of Horseshoe Bay (City) is requesting a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from interested and qualified consulting engineering firms for Professional engineering services to provide the City with a new Comprehensive Drainage Master Plan. The plan will progress using a phased approach focusing on areas with the current drainage concerns first. The goals for the study will be to identify flood-prone areas and to identify structural crossing and structural channel improvements to limit roadway overtopping and minimize the risk of flood flows to habitable structures. Enclosed for your consideration is a Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFQ).
