Beginning in the Town of Charlotte on Us Route 7 at Sta. C 154+50 (Mm 2.926) and Extending Easterly Along Us Route 7 for 53,822 Ft (10.194 Miles) to Sta. B 90+75 (Mm 1.719) in the Town of South Burlington. Type of Construction: Work to Be Performed Under This Contract Includes Coarse-milling, Resurfacing With Leveling and Wearing Course, Pavement Markings, Guardrail Improvements, and Other Highway Related Items. This Contract shall be completed on or before October 15, 2023. Estimate Is Category G : $10,000,000 - $25,000,000 Electronic Bid Bond to Be Submitted in the Amount of 5% of the Contractor's Bid. During the Advertisement Period, All Questions Shall Be Addressed Solely to the Office of Contract Administration via Email: Aot.constructioncontractinginquiry@vermont.gov. All Inquiries Must Be Received by 4:30pm on Wednesday, May 18, 2022. All Bidders on This Project Must Hold Both Current Annual Prequalification With the Vermont Agency of Transportation Through the "Contractor's Experience Questionnaire and Financial Statement" and Unconditioned Project-specific Approval Through the "Standard Form - Request for Proposal" Ca-82 Form. The Right Is Reserved to Reject Any or All Bids, to Waive Any Formality and Any and All Technicalities in Bids and to Accept Such Bids as May Be Deemed in the Best Interest of the Awarding Agency.
