Renovation of a multi-residential development in Ogdensburg, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The Ogdensburg Housing Authority, herein called the Owner, in accordance with Section 103 of Article 5-2 of the General Municipal Law, invites the submission of sealed bids for the construction work involved with the Basement and First Floor Renovations at Riverview Towers, 232 Washington Street, Ogdensburg, NY 13669 as follows: The base bid work of the project generally consists of floor patching, wall patching & painting, new ceiling tiles, new light fixtures, case work and demolition of flooring, existing paneling and other miscellaneous items. A detailed description for each scope item is contained within the Summary of Work. Questions regarding the project must be submitted in writing to the Construction Manager and will be accepted until Monday, May 13, 2022. The General Municipal Law of the State of New York requires that bidders certify, under penalty of perjury, that bids have been prepared without collusion with other bidders, subcontractors, suppliers, etc. This certification is included within the Bid Form. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informality in the bidding.
