Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Great Falls, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The project consists of approximately 6,400 Square Yards of 4-inch A.C. Pavement; approximately 3,400 Lineal Feet of integral concrete curb and gutter; 3,400 Square Feet of 4-inch concrete sidewalk; 1,500 Square Feet of 6-inch reinforced concrete; 12 truncated domes; and 10,000 Square Feet of Sod placement. Each bid, or proposal, must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond payable to City of Great Falls, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. Successful BIDDERS, shall furnish an approved Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Insurance, as required, shall be provided by the successful BIDDER(s) and a certificate(s) of that insurance shall be provided. Contractor, and all subcontractors, must be licensed to perform work in the City of Great Falls prior to contract award. Bidder questions will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. local time on May 19, 2022 and must be provided in writing via e-mail to Russell Brewer at rbrewer@greatfallsmt.net. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals received, to waive informalities, to postpone the award of the contract for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days, and to accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid, which is in the best interest of the City.
