The City of Great Falls is seeking proposals from highly experienced professional engineering firms to conduct an evaluation of the existing system and revise the master plan that includes an in depth summary of the existing drainage basins and drainage patterns, system layout, system capacities, system issues/deficiencies, analysis of alternatives, recommendations for system improvements, and cost estimates for improvements. Through the RFQ process, the City of Great Falls intends to screen proposals and select a firm to generate a citywide master stormwater model. Utilizing this master model, prepare a master plan that includes an in depth summary of the existing drainage basins and drainage patterns, system layout, system capacities, system issues/deficiencies, analysis of alternatives, cost estimates for improvements, and recommendations for system improvements.
