Saving Project...

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Hartland, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

This contract includes but is not limited to the supply of all materials, labour, supervision, layout and equipment necessary to supply and install the Pre-Engineered Structure for the Central Carleton Community Complex building as per drawings, specifications and documents attached. The Central Carleton Community Complex will replace the Town's current arena, which was built in 1967. The new Complex will include a hockey arena, a canteen, a community center, an exercise room, and a walking track, among other features. Based on a Class C estimate completed in January 2022, its total cost is approximately $9,875,000. Plans, Specifications, RFP documents, and other information must be requested from both Jim Weston and Brent Hatchard by emailing cleeko@xplornet.ca and bhatchard@hatchard.ca. It is imperative that the project number and name be identified in the Subject Line of the email. Only Contractors that formally request the Tender package from both cleeko@xplornet.ca and bhatchard@hatchard.ca are eligible to submit a Tender. All inquiries shall be made in writing and addressed to Jim Weston (cleeko@xplornet.ca).
