Renovation of a transportation facility in Klamath Falls, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 8,000-square-foot transportation facility.
Airport Terminal Roof Replacement: Work shall include, but not necessarily be limited to: Removal of all existing layers of roofing material, related flashings and trim, and roof mounted equipment/conduit/piping on 8,000 square foot upper roof of terminal building. Installation of new rigid insulation, new 60 mil EPDM self-adhered roof membrane system, related flashing and trim, and reinstall equipment/conduit/piping. The work also includes the construction and installation of new structural pipe supports for mechanical equipment, ducting, and screen wall securement. All questions regarding the Plans and Specifications must be submitted to Linda Tepper, in written form through email at ltepper@klamathfalls.city, on or before 2:00 P.M. 4/27/2023 by registered plan holders only. Engineer's Estimate: $300,000 to $325,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
