The purpose of this RFP is to seek proposals from highly qualified firms interested in providing professional tennis management and operations services for the Miami Beach Tennis Center, located at 501 72nd Street. All services shall be performed in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained herein and any resulting agreement. Any resulting agreement for professional tennis management and operation of the Miami Beach Tennis Center shall include tennis instruction, operations and maintenance of the tennis courts and center, pro shop, and a food and beverage concession. Services shall include those customarily associated with the operation of a public tennis center and permitted special events related to the tennis center activities. The scope of work is more fully defined in Appendix A.
