A timeline for award has not yet been established.**  Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for the construction of two (2) new campground shower buildings. Work includes but is not limited to clearing and grubbing; demolition of an existing building; construction of two (2) masonry shower buildings; paving, underground utilities, wastewater disposal systems and lift stations with associated general, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and sitework in accordance with the drawings and specifications. This phased project is separated Construction, Plumbing, Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning, and Electrical Prime Contracts. There are required subcontracting provisions for General Contract, HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical Contracts. Individual checks for each project shall be made payable to the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation.Proposals will be accepted only from bidders who obtain the biddable Contract Documents directly from the Department.
