The City Commission of the City of River Bluff calls for bids from qualified grading and landscaping contractors to address erosion and drainage issues in the City of River Bluff, Kentucky,The successful Bidder will be required to furnish all labor and materials necessary to complete the proposed construction, as shown on the Project Plans The City shall award the contract to the Bidder found responsible by the Commissioners which has submitted the lowest responsive bid, except that the City reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Bidders are advised that should this Invitation for Bids result in the award of a contract, the contract will not be in force until it is approved and fully executed by the City and the Bidder. In the event of failure of the lowest responsible Bidder to sign and return the Agreement with as prescribed herein, the City may award the contract to the next lowest responsive Bidder, and so forth, until a fully executed Agreement is received by the City
