The City of New Westminster (City) has contracted Heatherbrae Builders Co. Ltd, to act as the Construction Manager for the Temesewtxw Aquatic and Community Centre in New Westminster, BC. The intent of this Notice of Opportunity (NOO) is to indicate that Heatherbrae has posted or will be posting opportunities for this project and to provide contact information over the course of the project. The work involves an aquatic and community centre that includes a leisure pool, hot pools, 50m pool, fitness centre, two gymnasiums, multi-purpose rooms, childcare, third party lease spaces, and the necessary administrative and support spaces required to provide services. The work also include the demolition of 2 existing buildings on site.
