Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in New Orleans, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, facilities, supervision, management, financing, services, shop drawings, submittals, testing, and other items necessary for the proper execution and functioning and shall make all installations and connections necessary, specified, customary, or otherwise appropriate to perform fully and to complete in every respect the contract work generally described as follows: (Specification or drawing references included in the following statement of Subcontract work are applicable but not necessarily all inclusi Rosenwald Rec Center - 1120 S Broad: RTU Remove existing leaking condenser coil from 12.5-ton Trane RTU, replace with new OEM condenser coil, replace (2) filter driers, one per circuit, evacuate (2) circuits to 500 microns, charge with new refrigerant and check unit operation. Supply, install, and Materials Trane 12.5-ton micro channel condenser coil Vacuum Pump Oil Evacuation Recovery Drier 1/2" to 7/8" liquid line drier 30 cu Dry Nitrogen per 80 CF cylinder for pressure test and purge WELDING GASES, SOLDER AND SANDPAPER R410a Refrigerant per pound Boom truck for removal and placement new condenser coil on 12.5-ton Roof Top unit Remove all construction debris and dispose offsite. Repair any damage caused to site during work performed.
