Work consists of power washing, weeding, patching, grinding/leveling, asphalt overlay, and painting select Tennis Courts, as indicated by the Scope of Work, serving California State University, San Bernardino Student Recreation & Wellness Center. Work shall be completed in a timely and safe environment in accordance with the detailed specifications and special conditions. Construction period shall be forty-one (41) calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed with a proposed work schedule of August 8, 2022 - September 17, 2022. The estimated budget for this project is limited to $105,000.00. The Trustees require the successful proposer to achieve three percent (3%) DVBE participation in contracting construction projects as established in the Request for Proposals.
