Litchfield Maintenance Shop Project 140L1222R0010 The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Eagle Lake Field Office (ELFO) has a requirement for a new maintenance shop to be constructed at the Litchfield Wild Horse and Burro (WH&B) facility. The WH&B facility is located 21 miles east of Susanville, California, on U.S. Highway 395 in Lassen County. Key features of the Maintenance Shop project are: A 3,000 square foot, pre-engineered metal building with insulated walls and ceiling that will be set on concrete foundations and will include an interior concrete slab and exterior concrete driveways and sidewalks.
