The City owns, operates, and maintains a 31.7 million gallon per day (MGD) regional wastewater treatment facility commonly referred to as the Oxnard Wastewater Treatment Plant (OWTP). In addition to wastewater generated within the City, wastewater flow from neighboring communities is also treated at the OWTP. Primary regional sewer customers include the City of Port Hueneme; Channel Islands Beach Community Service District (CIBCSD); Naval Base Point Mugu; Naval Base Port Hueneme; and unincorporated areas of Ventura County. These regional users are regulated through individual Sewer Use Agreements (SUA). Existing SUAs are currently being updated. As part of the SUA update between the City and CIBCSD, the parties are proposing to exchange certain existing wastewater infrastructure. The purpose of the asset valuation is to determine a fair and equitable financial agreement to support the infrastructure exchange. Last day for Questions by Proposers: May 23rd, 2022 The period of performance anticipated for this solicitation shall be for four (4) months effective upon execution of a Professional Services Agreement and a Notice to Proceed. The City may amend or modify the project scope of services prior to the award of contract, as necessity may dictate, reject any and all Proposals/Bids/Quotes submitted, accept any or all Proposals/Bids/Quotes submitted, negotiate with any qualified source, or cancel, in part or in its entirety, this solicitation if it is in the best interest of the City
