Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Lancaster, California. Working plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Quotations submitted by mail must be in a sealed envelope marked "RFQ 2022-04 Sutherland Culvert Replacement". Install 240 feet of 8 foot high welded wire fencing to match existing in style and color. Install 1- 6' W x 8' H swing gate and 1 - 20' W x 8' H rolling gate on v track. Supply all labor, posts, fabric, hardware and other materials to complete installation of fencing. Layout location of post for installation. Be on site during post installation to assist concrete contractor with proper installation. Coordinate with concrete and equipment contractors. The Bidder awarded the Contract for the Work shall obtain a Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in a penal sum equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price of the Contract awarded and in the form and content included with the Contract Documents for the Project. Each Bid Proposal shall be accompanied by Bid Security in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the maximum amount of the Bid Proposal, inclusive of any additive Alternate Bid Item(s). If the required Bid Security is not submitted with the Bidder's Bid Proposal, the Bid Proposal may be considered non-responsive and may be rejected by the District. The District expressly reserves the right to reject all Bid Proposals. The District further reserves the right to waive minor irregularities in the bidding process or in Bid Proposals submitted in response hereto.
