The Sports & Exhibition Authority will receive sealed bids for Condenser Water Pump/Motor Replacement as identified below for the David L. Lawrence Convention Center. All Bids will require a ten percent (10%) surety in the form of a Bid Bond, a certified check, or cashier's check in the amount of no less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Base Bid (unless otherwise noted in the Bid Form Document). The surety is required as a guarantee that the bidder will, if awarded the contract, enter into a written contract with the Owner. All sureties must be licensed to conduct business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Bid Bonds should name Owner as obligee. All checks should be made payable to the order of Owner. Letter of Assent. All bidders must acknowledge their agreement to the terms of the Project Labor Agreement by submitting a Letter of Assent with their bid. MBE and WBE Participation.
