Reference Number 00003059423 The University of the Fraser Valley ("UFV") is interested in receiving submissions to pre-qualify Construction Managers with proven experience, capability and capacity to undertake complicated post- secondary projects. Those firms successful in this pre-qualification will be invited to competitively submit, in the future, for each of two independent projects for UFV. Based on submissions, Construction Managers may be pre-qualified for one or both projects, at UFV's sole discretion. Project one is for the Mission Campus Redevelopment (MCR): Location: 33700 Prentis Ave. Mission BC V2V 7B1; and includes: Renovation to the existing UFV Mission Campus facilities approximately 1,600 square meters over two floors Project two is for the Dining Hall Expansion (DHE): Location: 33844 King Rd, Abbotsford BC V2S 7M8; and includes An interior renovation of the main floor with the addition of a second floor/structure above., updating the Back-of-House ("BOH) MEP infrastructure, Building Envelope("BE") integration and exterior landscape renewal of the campus green. The intention behind this Request for Pre-qualification is to develop a short list of up to five (5) qualified Construction Managers. UFV has engaged CM2 Ventures Inc., an independent supply chain consultant, to develop, manage and facilitate the procurement process for this project.
