The City of Shawinigan incurs no responsibility for the fact that written notices or any documents conveyed by electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, any tenderer must make sure, before presenting his tender, to obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders. The City of Shawinigan is not bound to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received, nor to incur any obligation or any costs towards the tenderer(s). Bid bond 10% is required.
