Project was awarded to Northeast Asphalt in the amount $256,410.50. Various parking lot upgrades at Edison M.S., Eisenhower E.S, West H.S, John Dewey, Leonardo DaVinci and Southwest H.S. The District reserves the right to award all, some or none of the projects herein dependent on District funding priorities. Project is located in the City of Green Bay at site of: 1. Green Bay West High School – 966 Shawano Avenue 2. Edison Middle School – 442 Alpine Drive 3. Eisenhower Elementary School – 1770 Amy Street 4. John Dewey Academy of Learning – 701 Cherry Street 5. Green Bay Southwest High School – 1331 Packerland Drive 6. Leonardo da Vinci School for Gifted Learners – 139 S. Monroe Avenue B. Project includes, but is not limited to, removal or pulverization of existing asphalt pavement, removal and replacement of existing concrete sidewalk and curb and hot mix asphalt. C. Work covered by Contract Documents is to be performed under multiple prime contracts, which includes all sections of Specifications A. Clean inside and outside of structures and remove and dispose of all unused materials, wastes and debris. In buildings, furnish surfaces that are dust-free, dirt-free, and markfree. B. Remove waste and surplus materials, rubbish and construction facilities from Site. C. Clean ditches and storm sewers. D. Sweep paved areas. E. Remove labels and clean window glazing. F. Remove drainage systems.
