The scope of the project includes upgrades and repairs of storm and sanitary sewers, aqueducts, road foundations and paving, improvements of curbs, sidewalks, construction of a cyclable path and road lighting system upgrades on Côte Boisée. Reference number : 1601345 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-05-18 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope The City of Terrebonne, owner, is requesting tenders for the call for tenders indicated below. Our office hours are 8:15 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Friday. Proposed bids must meet the requirements of the tender documents. The City incurs no liability for the fact that written notices or any documents conveyed by electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, any tenderer must make sure, before tendering, to obtain all the documents and all the addenda, if any, related to this call for tenders. The City of Terrebonne does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received and opened. Bid bond 10% is required. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required.
