Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Terrebonne, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a clubhouse / community center; library; swimming pool; parking garage; and for site work for a swimming pool.
Construction of a Pôle de la Croisée urbaine (Urban Community Pole), a development that fits perfectly into the philosophy of the Transit Oriented Development (TOD) areas. The project aims to build the institutional pole including a community centre, a library, an aquatic centre and multi-storey parking. Particular attention will be paid to the vegetation, a question of making the neighborhood "pure and inviting", despite the increase in population density to come over the next few years. TIMELINE: The project is preliminary. The owner has awarded an architectural professional consulting firms for the preparation of a functional and technical programs (FTP) of the Pôle de la Croisée project development including a swimming pool, library, a community centre and a parking components following the RFP SA22-3039. Preliminary studies are underway. Scope of work, budget timelines of the project development will be finalized based on the FTP report data. Submissions of the report is anticipated in late 2022/early 2023. Note. Project value is estimated based on the amount of City applications for provincial funding allowance.
