Morgan Corporation, the Construction Manager, invites your company to bid all trade packages for the Economic Impact & Inclusion Center Conference Room 150 renovation at St Pete College Downtown Campus. The work will consist selective demolition and interior renovations of Conference Room 159. MBE/WBE participation is strongly encouraged. The bid documents are available through A.D. Morgan Corporations' Building Connected Website. All interested bidders can send an email to jwarner@admorgan.com to receive a link to all the bid documents. It is the responsibility of all the vendors and bidders to make sure they visit the website regularly for updates. All revisions will be posted on Building Connected and a notice sent out electronically by email. All Bidders must be currently prequalified with A.D. Morgan Corporation. To confirm your status contact Jeremy Warner at jwarner@admorgan.com and click on Subcontractor Zone or you can request a copy of the form. All pre-qualifications must be submitted seven (7) days prior to the bid date. A.D. Morgan Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities in any bid.
