Lakehaven Water and Sewer District (District) is soliciting Proposals from providers of Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Heating Boiler Maintenance services for a threeyear period commencing July 2022. District selection, if any, of a Boiler Maintenance Services provider will be based on the District's evaluation of complete proposals, together with additional information as may be requested by the District, The District expressly reserves the right to award a contract to the lowest, qualified, responsive bidder based on the Total Contract Price, to reject any or all bids for good cause, to waive minor informalities, and/or to postpone award of the contract for forty-five (45 consecutive calendar days from the date of the bid opening.
